False delivery status
I don’t know what is going on with RAM delivery people , they say delivery unsuccessful. How when I didn’t even receive a call or even hoot is been 2 consecutive days with the same problem . When call they do not answer , even when requesting to chat to an agent the session suddenly ends . This is so unprofessional , claiming to have came to attempt to deliver and yet you didn’t even attempt to contact us.

10 Dec 2025, 18:42Today marks 4 days with my package not delivered. I've communicated with both RAM and VODACOM regarding non delivery, the problem seems to be with RAM, I'm disappointed in their services. And they send messages thag the package is on the way suddenly unsuccessful delivery without a call being made! Ram is not reliable
