false commitment and promises

we have ordered some goods via vodacom , you guys phoned for delivery we requested for delivery on a later date , was told not a problem , just to find out today , because we never received our goods after sitting the whole day at home for the dellivery and was promised to deliver just to find out ram does not keep goods longer than 3 days , whats the use making commitments ram all though you know you cant deliver
