FALSE CLAIMS, BAD ATTITUD FROM EMPLOYEES FROM RAM COURIERS
Basically RAM quote that I did on there website for Delivery of a parcel from Gauteng to Cape Town gave me a couple of option. Opt 1 - Pick up today before 17:00 and delivery on the 27th of Dec before 17:00 @ R 99.00, Opt 2 - Pick up today before 17:00 and delivery on the 23rd of Dec before 17:00 @ R 114.50, Opt 3 - Pick up today before 17:00 and delivery on the 22nd of Dec before 17:00 @ R 137.76
So i choose the Opt 3 as I required a next day delivery. Parcel never arrived. Called them this morning, they say parcel is out for delivery today. So I asked for a refund as the parcel was not delivered next day as per there quote .
Was told sorry no refund and that they dont count the day of collection. I received such attitude from the lady I spoke to .
I will def never ever use them again. I am sure that this is some kind of false advertising to get me to choose the high price option. So people. Dont believe everything you see on their website. Phone them first.
