False attempt dilivery
In my whole experience with courier's I will need to give this guyz a 0, I received an SMS in the morning 10am to be precise to say that my order was out for dilivery I waited the whole day nothing no call from the driver nothing, around half past 4 I call their customer service it was confirmed and reassured that my parcel would be dilivered today.. I waited no call no nothing I login into the tracking system it now says the driver attempted delivery where?? Because I was never called no communication whatsoever so where did this driver attempt to diliver extremely dissapointed and annoyed ðŸ˜
