FALSE ADVERTISING AS OVERNIGHT COURIER- PATHETICCCCC

I requested and OVER NIGHT delivery on Thursday awaiting the parcel on Friday. on Friday at about 12 i was informed that the parcel would be at the store where i requested delivery at 16:00. that afternoon at 16:00 i phoned the driver asking him where he was as i was standing at Total sports Vaal mall where they are supposed to deliver the parcel, he said he was at the palms, that is about 20minutes from where i was. i waited at the shop for 3 hours and still NOTHING. please also take not that this was meant for a birthday gift on Friday. NOBODY phoned me about a late delivery on no delivery at all. (ok so they were a no show on friday)

i phoned them on Saturday morning asking them where the parcel was only for them to tell me that they do not deliver on Saturdays. this was now 2days LATE

WHAT IS THE USE OF OVERNIGHT DELIVERY IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU DO NOT GET??????????????????????????????? we missed my daughters birthday gift at her party so this is now MONDAY, 5days later and STILL NO NEWS.

NO PHONE CALL NO APOLOGY NOTHING...................................................
