False advertising and unfulfilled promises.

Ram has been advertising a next day delivery service which we have believed to be true. I ordered a parcel from Cape Town on the 18th of April. My parcel arrived in Joburg on the 19th of April and was removed from the container at 1am on the 20th of April. I called today on the 20th of April to find out what time I should expect delivery and I was told that I can only get my parcel Monday the 23rd of April. Why does Ram advertise a next day delivery if they know very well that they cannot fulfill that promise? I would have tried an alternative means of getting my parcel had I known that Ram wouldn't deliver. I am sitting here looking at a web page that is not being updated and waiting for a call back I was told I would get in minutes.

Ram has the most pathetic service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. False advertising, empty promises all coming at a high price. I will not be using the services of Ram in future because they do not value their customers and are only in business to maximise their profits.
