Failure to keep promises

Such a Valentine spoiler....I visited Ram website yesterday to track my parcel. It showed they failed to deliver due to customer not being available. What a shock. I called them and gave them my correct details for delivery and requested my parcel to be delivered today and they promised it will. In the morning online status had not changed so I called and spoke to an agent Phakamisa who said he is escalating to Manager. One hr later I called again and spoke to Kayla who also checked and said the matter has been escalated accordingly I must wait for their call. Later someone called me and I told them how urgent I need my parcel. I offered to come collect my parcel since they are less than an hour away, they said it's not allowed.the gentlemen promised to call me back and I just called them again only to be told my parcel will only be delivered on Monday. I needed the gift for Valentine for my wife and now I am going home empty handed...thanks for nothing Ram...
