Failure to deliver, hangs up phone
Absolutely disgusted with your service. I was promised delivery today. I waited and no one came. You don't even bother to tell me it is not coming today. Then, when I call your USELESS call centre, because it is 17:50, they keep hanging up the phone so that it gets to 18:00 and SURPRISE YOU ARE CLOSED. How *********** are you? Do you suggest people wait around all day to receive parcels and then you don't pitch? bearing in mind, you delivered one parcel this morning. How are you still in business? How are you this bad at customer management? I want my parcel. URGENTLY CONTACT ME
