Failure to deliver

Inconsiderate & very unprofessional behavior .Bloemfontein branch doesn't pick up their landline. Ram has been contacting me on my son's number during the week; clearly his phone is off at that time . I changed the cellphone via a call & WhatsApp more than five times as well as delivery date. Until today they continue to call me on my son's number and claim that i was not at home and i must choose alternative date . This has been going on for a full two weeks .Call agent ' was busy laughing with his colleagues while I'm on call with him. The driver insists that my number was never changed on the system while the agents claim they have changed .By the way the driver only picked my call today ,the whole of last week it was just ringing with no luck .
