Failure to deliver a parcel for almost a week now?
Ram is failing to deliver our wifi router since last week only because they just want deliver the parcel to my wife who goes to work and since they can’t come in the morning or after 4 when she is back, they don’t want to deliver it to her workplace again just because they were given the home address by Vodacom. How inconsiderate is this, now i work from home and i missed work since Monday because of their incompetence. I am beyond frustrated.??

Please note that we are not allowed to change the delivery address of parcels coming from Vodacom. Only Vodacom can change the delivery address.

06 Aug 2021, 17:45If your system is so rigid, why did you not say that in the first place instead you kept on forcing to deliver everytime my wife is at work for a whole week seriously ? That would have saved every one’s time. Your service is just poor and there is no justification that can match the loss i have endured as a result of your incompetence, you’re very unreliable.
