Failure to deliver

RAM Couriers has a 2.3 out of 10 trust rating for a reason.

The drivers do not do deliveries and report failed attempt, this is not the 1st time I'm experiencing this with this courier it has happened before when I forfeited a phone I won from Vodacom because they have claimed to have made attempts to deliver.

Yesterday the 3rd March 2021 and today I was at the office all day with my ID waiting for delivery and guess what? They reported failed attempts on both days, my work has cameras from the Main entrance, drive way and reception I can easily prove that they never set their foot in there and I had to call FNB to report this because I received an SMS saying I will incur delivery charges for failed attempts. Should FNB debit my account for delivery charges I will lodge a formal complaint with The Office of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO).

Our offices have cameras I and can prove I was at the office until 5 and can also show that non of your courier cars came to our building, there are securities where non employees sign in to gain entry which can additionally prove that your drivers made false claims. I contacted your offices after 4:30pm and was on the phone for more than 12min I also contacted FNB Connect on my work landline and the calls are recorded which will also prove I waited for these people until 5. They did not come!!! And did not answer the phone when I tried calling direct ***
