Failure to deliver

I received confirmation this morning that my Bash parcel is out for delivery. It is now 17:52, and it hasn't been delivered yet. I called the call centre and I was told that my parcel will be delivered today, yet I'm still waiting. This isn't the first one of my parcels that aren't being delivered timeously. I've had previous parcels that were delivered with RAM that I've had to wait days for after I've received confirmation from the supplier that it'll be delivered. On one occasion, the delivery staff had the audacity to tell me that they tried delivering the day before and earlier that day. When I checked my security footage, they were never at my address.
