Failure to deliver 3 days in a row
3 days later, failed delivery every day. No pre call, no notice of time frame. Just a drive by and drive off.
Call centre is impossible to reach. Have been on hold for 20 min, got helped and then call got cut.
Not only are RAM embarassing themselves but also embarassing their client Poetry Stores!
