Failure to deliver

Person interacted with - Nicolize Delivery scheduled for Thursday now delayed until Monday with no explanation and no phone call.

My parcel was due to be delivered yesterday. It was not delivered and I was told it would be delivered today. I made it clear to all involved that I was unavailable after 10am. Why has delivery not taken place yet? I am not in the office all day today, hence why delivery was not scheduled for today to begin with. Kindly find out where your driver is. Seeing as my package was due to be delivered yesterday I expect to be at the top of the list for today's delivery. Unfortunately the order can only be delivered on Monday , as the couriers already left the warehouse for deliveries .
