Failur to take responsibility for accident

A Ram couriers bakkie drove through a stop street and into me on the 19th of November 2014 and caused R30,000 (quoted) damage to my car. The driver has admitted to being in the wrong. <br> Each time I followed up with Ram couriers, they just keep saying call Zurich Insurance. They have passed the buck and washed their hands of this.<br> All required paperwork has been submitted to Zurich insurance several times, I have received almost no feedback or replies from Zurich either despite frequent followups by phone and email. <br> It has now been almost 6 months of struggling and a never ending loop of bad service and frustration. <br> How safe are you and for that matter the goods you are sending or hopefully expecting to receive with drivers like this on the road for companies that couldn't be bothered to sort out their own mess?<br> <br> The claim number is: *** T
