Failing to deliver

I have been trying to get this company to deliver my parcel which is a router. Something I need in order to connect to the internet and start working. Since the 23rd of September, the parcel keep saying it’s out for delivery and then after 5pm it’s says delivery unsuccessful. I can’t even leave the house for the fear of missing the delivery. I’ve called and texted and have received no effective help.
