Failer to deliver

RAM Driver called to advised that the delivery is outside, on request for them to wait they advised that cannot be done and i can call when im done .

I immediately decided to call them back in less than a minute and they advised they are long gone which is impossible.

I advised them to kindly come back ias i desperately need the sim for work and cannot wait a day more and the drivers were rude and unreasonable , i escalated the call to RAM and spoke to Nthabiseng Madia who escalated to Jason and he he promised to escalate and ask the driver managers to deliver today still.

Drivers submitted a none delivery notification which then lead to RAm calling me , the lady that called gave me no solutions and couldnt understand my frustrations and just cancelled the order on the system

Honestly i am disgusted by the service .
