FAILED TO DELIVER PARCEL AFTER PROMISING A DAY/DATE

Waiting for a parcel to be delivered from RAM. RAM made contact with me to re-schedule delivery address, and date. It was mentioned that the couriers will be in my area where I work the next day. (Which is today 19 December 2017).

After phoning RAM on their Cape Town number ********** I got through to a young lady who said she will find out where my parcel is.

She phoned back saying that the Parcel has not been dispatched and still at the depot.

After asking her would it be possible to drive through at least to collect my parcel she mentioned this is not possible. But she asked the Cape Town guys to phone me.

Now this will not happen as it is after 5pm.

I asked for a number I can phone in Cape Town, and she provided me with the same number, which is supposed to be the Bellville, Cape Town branch's number.

The lady mentioned that she cannot phone Cape Town branch and only communicate via email. (This is not good, emails are sometimes not read and you do not get immediate feedback).

The parcel is my LTE Router, I work in a Digital Environment and have deadlines to complete.

RAM I am not happy with your empty promises. I do not really go out of my way to write bad reviews, but this is giving me a bad reputation with my clients.

The managers name in Cape Town, if I heard correctly over the phone due to the accent barrier, is Shaun Tell.

So Shaun it is over 5pm, my parcel has not arrived and no phone call.
