Failed to deliver package

I placed an order on bobshop and used ram as the couriers. The seller sent me photos of the documents he filled out, the address on the waybill that he filled in and everything we provided to the couriers was correct. At some point the couriers incorrectly captured this address and sent my package elsewhere and eventually returned to sender.

Now they say we have to pay for shipping again if we want it delivered despite the fact that the mistake was not ours.
