Failed to deliver
Failed to deliver valuable item
No call, no email, no update. Upon tracking my parcel for the umpteenth time today, it now reads NonDelivery. No explanation as to why I was not contacted and no package to show for using this courier.

08 Mar 2019, 09:52Has this been investigated? I again did not receive delivery today and have now been told the package scheduled to be delivered on Thursday will only arrive on Monday.
