Failed delivery due to the driver who is not patient, only called once and not answering his phone when I return his call
Yesterday the 8th December was expecting a parcel from them , I suddenly got a message stating that my parcel has been returned but no one came and I did not receive a call from them , today the 9th December I received a call from one of their people and it was missed , tried to call back the guy but he is not answering his phone , I even sent him messages to no avail , I'm so disappointed, what kind of a business is RAM doing ?? I need my parcel asap
