Failed delivery and pathetic customer service

Worst experience ever, driver got to my complex buzzed my unit number I answered and said I'll open as I walk out he drove off, kept on calling him on his cellphone and he kept rejecting my call, spoke to 3 different agents 2 **** and said it would go out the next day and only to be told this morning that the package is on hold awaiting Steve madden to give and instruction. I was also told I'm not allowed to query this with their department nor could I speak to a manager I must make contact with the sender, what a ****en service,,,,if anything your tarnishing your clients brands as they have full trust that your useless company would deliver a quality service to their customers, I now know for any online purchase that is associated to Ram is a no go,,,pathetic
