Failed Delivery

I was contacted last week Monday, 30 November 2020 for my parcel to be delivered and I advised that I would only be available for the delivery to take place next week Monday (07 December 2020). The agent indicated on the system that my parcel should be delivered on Monday, 08 December 2020. I have called numerous times and the last 2 individuals that I spoke to i.e. Lesego and Trey advised that they will speak to the team leader to contact the industrial hub to have my parcel delivered. I have tried to get in touch again with the call centre and my calls keep getting disconnected. This is really pathetic service and I would like to get in touch with Mr Lazarus himself as the service is PATHETIC!!
