Failed delivery

I am highly appalled, disgusted and angry at their service. Today is day number 4 of another failed delivery attempt. I am put as the third party to receive the package and have spoken to 5 different consultants who have escalated the matter that they contact me when they come with the package. I drive from my place every time to go and wait for the package which is a waste of my time and petrol so that I can go and wait for the package and keep looking through the window for any possible vehicle noise that I hear incase they don't come and knock on the door, and I park my car right in front of the house so that they can see that there is someone. I am very annoyed because there seems to be no seamless communication with the consultant, radio operator and driver and therefore no seamless delivery to the client.
