Failed Delivery

Yesterday they told me order will be delivered by 5pm and I stayed home from 3pm waiting for them, my phone was on the whole day. They wrote me an email around 6pm saying the couldn’t deliver because I was not at home and ai didn’t answer my phone. They never arrived at my house and they never called me they are just making excuses for their poor service!
