I recently upgraded my cell phone with cell c via telephone but i find it disturbing that they captured my work address incorrectly.I received an sms from RAM couriers company stating where my percel will be delivered , immediately i called in to correct the address captured but unfortunately the RAM Call centre continuously dropping my calls until i was able to be assisted .The consultant was unprofessional whereas she was singing while assisting me.I am not sure that i will be able to receive my parcel today....I was told that courier will be in contact with me for further directions ....
