EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

This courier delivery company is the absolute worst! You can never get through to them telephonically, you are always in a queue, then you get cut off. The operators just gives you lip and attitude as it is not their problem. You have to wait. I had a parcel that was to be delivered today, the courier did not even reach the office and marked the delivery as incomplete "incorrect address". When you try to sort this out, it takes forever and the call center operators are very much entitled!
