I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Ram Couriers, and unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve encountered issues with their service. I booked a collection for my parcel over the weekend, but after 3 business days, the tracking info showed the collection being repeatedly reassigned from driver to driver. Despite waiting patiently, no one ever came to collect the parcel. This kind of service is completely unprofessional.

The lack of communication is also a major problem. I’ve been left in the dark about the status of my parcel, and it has caused significant delays. I can’t trust this company to handle deliveries properly, and I would never recommend them to anyone. It's clear that they have serious reliability and communication issues. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more dependable courier service.
