Extremely rude driver assistants

Just had a very unpleasant experience from one of the driver assistant's who was extremely rude, condescending and lacked empathy. They refused to leave the order in the yard after explaining to them that my mother is around but she's probably at a neighbor's house 5 minutes away. I wasn't even given the opportunity to call my mother, instead they opted to leave it with a random stranger when i refused that he just insulted me and hung up. tried calling back and phone rang unanswered. This has happened before. it seems like a trend. i warned the guy about his disrespectful and condescending manner of communication.
