Extremely Rude Driver
Good day,
I would like to lodge a service complaint.
After being informed that my packages are out for deliver yester morning I proceeded to call around 4 as your driver was a no show.
After speaking to 3 different people I was assurred that the driver was on his way.
I got a panicked call from my mother saying someone phoned her was extremely rude and them put the phone down on her.
I procceed to call the number *** he refused to give me his name and was extremely rude to me. He said he was on Campus (University of Johannesburg) and they said I did not work there. I proceed to ask him where on Campus so I can walk to him. He refused screemed at me at put the phone down.
I proceeded to call your office and no one was able to assist.
I find this treatment extremely rude and unprofessional. I am of the opinion that RAM should not be in the Customer Service Industry.
I will also be posting this on several social media plantforms.
At this very moment I am on the phone holding on to speak to a manager at RAM and its been 10 min with no response what so ever.
The best of all the systems shows that my delivery was unsuccesfull even thoug I sat in my office until 5:30 trying to resolve the matter.
Your driver refused to give me his name. I demand that he be repremanded and I would like to see an official report.
UJ is a client of your is that correct?
Maybe I should resport this to our Postal Service Department as well.
Still on hold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
