Extremely ppor service from Ram

I purchased an item from harm**** wp, i kive in Mosselbay. I booked Ram on the 25th of June 2019, paid in full for my pacel to be delived on day to day delevery. My tracking no is RLOOO726640 and my parcel was supposed to arive on the 27th of June 2019. But to my surprise it was assigned to a driver Bernard Christopher vehicle reg { ydw 425 gp} employee of Ram Couriers. Just on the delevery day to only get the surprise that my parcel was never collected as result being it is going on 4 days late for arrival. I am not a happy Ram klient at this moment at all. Anx would strongly recommend nobody do business with then as when i asked what why my parcel is not delverd to me according to the documentation i have received from ram. I was told by the driver himself that everybody at the office is newly appointed staff and my pacel was never despatched to any driver. I paid for a service witch was utterly unprofessional in every aspect of ect of the situation. Im. Still without my parcel that i paid to have delverd. Im DISGUSTED with RAM hand to hand Couriers.
