EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES UNACCOMODATING AT ALL
A parcel was supposed to be delivered today to me with tracking number K***, on their website and call centre they claimed they gave me a call, no call was registered on any of my cell phone numbers. I call the call centre in order to mitigate the process for a delivery immediate but so unhelpful agent/company as hell just said no sorry we will not. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM THEY THINK TOO MUCH OF THEM.
