Extremely poor service, no communication, repeated failures, very frustrating experience.

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding my delivery. K***

My parcel has now been marked “unsuccessful” multiple times due to an alleged “invalid address,” yet my address has already been verified and confirmed by Vodacom. Despite this, no driver has ever attempted to contact me.

Today, I was told my delivery was on its way. I stayed home and did not go to work to receive it. Once again, it was marked unsuccessful without any call or communication. I then contacted customer service and was assured the driver would call me. As of now, I am still waiting with no contact.

This is unacceptable. I will not make another delivery attempt or accept another rescheduled date.

I expect my parcel to be delivered TODAY, with the driver contacting me directly if there are any issues locating the address.

Please treat this as urgent.
