Extremely poor service from RAM, Bad customer service agents
RAM was supposed to deliver my RAIN SIM card yesterday. I got an sms notification saying it’s out for delivery and it didn’t arrive by the end of the day. Today still my parcel has not arrived. I called RAM, wasted R60 airtime and spoke to 5 different agents and all just kept cutting me off other put me on hold one even for 10 min and then cut me off. One agent said the courier guy said he couldn’t deliver the parcel because of bad weather and road closures to my area. That’s a LIE! I was hot all day, drive out to the stores near by, there was no rain or bad weather and there were no road closures!!!! I’m mad as hell for bad service from RAM. My airtime even ran out without assistance!!! How horrifying!!!!!!

18 Jan 2022, 06:28Day 11 now after order it and paying for this sim card. I am beyond disbelief at the horrifying service I’ve been getting! Lack of urgency! All I keep hearing lies about attempts to bring my delivery or someone trying to call me ant get ahold of me yet I’ve had my phone with me all day and no calls from you and empty promises. Absolutely horrible service! Extremely disappointed!!!
