EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM RAM
Pretty bad as it gets. I keep on receiving text that my parcel is out for Delivery with nobody showing up. It's frustrating as I have to get someone waiting at home to collect my parcel. This is on going for 3 days now. Each morning I received a sms for Delivery before 5 and still nobody came. I phoned numerous times & all they say is sorry the driver was delayed. I then tried to contact them via online chat on the website where the customer service is horrible. Waiting for ages to get responses from agent. Not able to assist properly. I've asked them what's going on & just being ignored. (Saying they waiting on feedback from the hub)
Service = Very Poor Communication = Very Poor Customer Service = Very Poor
I understand the frustration caused thereof and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced and sub-standard service you’ve received from our personnel. Customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously and anything less than ensuring you are completely happy is unacceptable.
