Extremely poor service
Poor customer service. Had my package delivered but could not take it from the driver as i did not have my original ID. I arranged for my ID to be brought to me but the driver did not wait a second before logging the delivery as unsuccessful.

13 Jun 2022, 10:49 Had my package delivered on Friday 10/06/2022 but could not take it from the driver as I did not have my original ID.
I arranged for my ID to be brought to me but the driver did not wait a second before logging the delivery as unsuccessful.
I was advised by the driver and Blessing the agent at RAM that my package would be delivered on Monday 13/06/2022.
It's Monday today and I called the call center to follow up on my delivery and i was advised that the delivery will only get delivered Tuesday 14/06/2022 as the query was responded to today and the driver had already left.
Over promising and NOT delivering at all.
I arranged for my ID to be brought to me but the driver did not wait a second before logging the delivery as unsuccessful.
