Extremely Poor Service
I have been getting SMS notifications from (02 August 2021) till today (05 August 2021) that my parcel is out on delivery. However when I track my parcel, its stated that delivery attempt unsuccessful. I am always at home, waiting for this parcel and never received any comms from RAM drivers but they have the audacity to return my parcel back to the Hub/Warehouse and claim that they could not get hold of me. What kind of a service is this?
Those parcels are not handouts, I actually paid for them. Please do follow the necessary protocols and lets all move on with out lives. I beg, please!!!!!
