Extremely poor service

RAM courier services used to be one of the best but recently their service went from good to extremely poor. I requested a parcel from a company to be sent to me urgently and by that the company used RAM courier services to send the package. Lets say the package should take between 3 - 5 working days to arrive. The Courier service then sent a sms and email that I should receive my package on a specific day to which it did not, they even had the nerve to show on their tracking report the delivery was unsuccesful which was untrue as I was at home whole day, the next day was exactly the same to which I phoned and asked what was going on as I was about to leave on a holiday and requested the package to please be at my home at 17:30 latest to which the lady on phone said she promised it should be there, and again a no show. I then requested a change of address to my holiday destination which is 40 mins from my home to which again i received no confirmation. The next day I received a call which was the Friday after already three fays of actual delivery to which I spoke to the manager of RAM courier service to which I requested my package to be with me on the friday evening to which he said he will speak to His manager and phone me back immediatly to which did not happen. Till today I am struggelibg to get my package, I am fed up and dont know what to do anymore. Now almost two weeks later.
