Extremely poor customer service

Been waiting almost 2 weeks for my delivery. First they have the wrong address, then the wrong telephone number. Spent almost 80 minutes on the phone with them, and after no less than 5 agents promised that my package would arrive yesterday, they were just running a bit late, again, no show. And after phoning again this morning, just to hear they don't deliver on weekends, i have to wait again till Monday. Every day the same promises, plan my whole day accordingly, and then nothing. Extremely poor service.
