Extremely Disappointing Service from RAM

Wish I could give them 0 stars. What a rude and disappointing experience.

I ordered from a store and paid for 3–5 day delivery. RAM picked up my order, and when it was supposedly out for delivery, I received a notification saying "delivery failed". They said they had been at the property but no one was there.

We were home the entire day, and no one came to the gate. The agent assisting me also had a really bad attitude and was not helpful at all.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I definitely expected better service.
