Extremely Disappointing Service

Extremely disappointing. I preordered a new device which was supposed to be delivered today. I waited the entire day and when I eventually checked the waybill number at 4pm it said “non delivered“. I called the call centre several times and they keep telling me that I was called and I didn’t pick up, and that I will receive my parcel next week somewhere. At that time I have no missed calls on my phone and nobody came to my gate
