Extremely disappointed 😔

To date RAM still have my parcel,it's been two hole weeks now i haven't got any communication.My wife's birthday has come to pass and ram messed up my suprise,you guys are unreliable courier,can you please take it back to where it came from since it's taking forever to rich it's destination.And stop asking me stupid questions like address, ID and am i home which i believe you do have..... You have failed dismally in customer service USELESS 👎🚮
