My parcel has been sitting at your hub for two days now, yet it was booked and paid for as an overnight delivery. This delay is completely unacceptable. The item is urgent and I am travelling, which is exactly why I chose overnight service in the first place. I need my parcel delivered TODAY without any further excuses. Please urgently explain what is going on and resolve this immediately.
