EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE & RUDE, LYING CALL CENTRE AGENTS

I have received the most terrible experience from this Courier Service. I will never encourage anyone to use these non customer centric bunch of people i ordered on Black Friday (CUMI02-***5) To date my Order has not been delivered yet. I was promised my delivery would take place last week Thursday, nothing hapenned. When i called the rude call centre staff told me there was no one to open the gate at my complex- WHAT A BLUE LIE!!! Driver never buzzed at my gate - how do you expect him to gain access? I was then promised Friday. Nothing happened still. I have called the call centre numerous times. Besides all the staff being appalingly RUDE and hanging up on me, nothing has still been delivered. I requested a Manager - someone that called himself MARLON promised to get this sorted today. I will call you within an hour to keep you posted. It is 6 hours later, no call no delivery! I have called Marlon more than five times and you can hear him speaking to his colleagues advising them to tell the caller he is busy on another line can they assist me?? What nonense is this???
