Extremely bad service RAM

I got a delivery from RAM today. I was told to have my ID and proof of residence to show when I receive my delivery. I did that then the driver said I must print it. This was not part of the arrangement or instructions from their website. When I tried to phone RAM offices on *** to complaint about their driver changing the delivery conditions she put the phone down in my ear. So the driver can mess you around like he sees fit and when you try to phone their offices, they put the phone down in your ear. Please ensure you have a printer and somebody to certify your documents if you are planning on using RAM. I never experienced this with other courier services and I make use of couriers often.
