Extremely bad service from the driver and consultant.
For the 2nd time receiving a very bad service from Ram drivers. I received a call from the driver to confirm my address which appears on their system and 11 in the morning I waited the whole day, around 4 in the afternoon I received a call from the driver again asking the very some thing. Just before 4 in the afternoon I received a call from Ram consultant. Up until now I didn't receive my parcel. You surely need to do something with your staff.
