Extreme delivery delay.

I have been waiting my data SIM card to be delivered to me since the 28th of May and I had made the payment at the point of purchase but it has not been delivered and what I was told was that since it’s lockdown it would be delivered within 3-5 working days but still nothing. they are not replying to my follow ups. Appalling customer service, I want it cancelled and they still won’t do that. The people at RAM are also ignoring my messages on their useless live chat
