Extra Mile

After all the fighting and complaining with RAM and Vodacom, RAM started to listen and understand my frustrations.

Thank you so much for going the extra mile on the 13.12.2017 to have my parcel delivered. I was expecting my device to be delivered on the 14.12.2017 but to my surprise I receive a phone call from Shahnaaz informing me that the device will be delivered on the 13.12.2017 after 6pm which I feel that is exceptional service, she made sure to have my device delivered ASAP (i think only than she started to understand why i was so frustrated even though 50% of it was from VODACOM) when i arrived at home just after 6pm, 15mins after that I see 2 ladies that is working for RAM stopped at my house to deliver the parcel.

I didn't get your names, but thank you for delivering my parcel after working hours (as promised) i really do appreciate it. Thank you for going the extra mile, even though i was so fighting so much :-)

Thank you Shahnaaz for arranging speedy delivery and for keeping me updated yesterday with regards to my delivery, much appreciated, I was a 'pain' indeed, but thank you for listening and understanding why i was fighting. :-)
