Exeptionally bad service from Ram hand to hand deliveries

I am waiting for 2 weeks now for a new cell phone with a contract from Mr Price to be delivered to me. I have made about 50 calls to track and speak with someone who is ready and willing to assist. Exeptionally bad service and I am most disappointed and actually disgusted at such poor service delivery. I have also mailes their service department. My messages are being read but ignored.
