Exceptional service from Zanelle Skhosana.

I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Zanelle Skhosana for the outstanding service she provided to my mother and brother on Saturday, 26 April. We were in a desperate situation trying to retrieve my mom's passport, which was still at the RAM warehouse.

Zanelle went above and beyond - on a Saturday afternoon, no less - to locate the package. Thanks to her incredible dedication and kindness, my mom was able to board her flight to Canada on Monday, 28 April.

Zanelle was truly an angel in disguise. Her professionalism, empathy and determination made all the difference in a very stressful time. We are sincerely grateful!!
